Lola's gums hurt so badly she can't chew her food...

1. Her gums are very inflamed!

Lola is about six years old. Unfortunately, she suffers from chronic gingivitis: permanently inflamed, her gums put her through a lot of pain. Because of this and as she can no longer chew, it is impossible for her to eat kibbles!

We're giving her treatment, in hopes of easing her pain a little.

2. Food pouches would allow her to continue eating without suffering too much

Easy to ingest, pouched food would be just right for Lola: she could eat it without having to chew. Her gums would thus be preserved. We could also take the opportunity to give her her medication more easily.

3. Our finances are at an all-time low...

Quarantine accentuated the abandonment phenomenon: we had to collect several new cats. On top of that, our liquid assets are very low. Many sick cats need their treatment, but we don't have enough funds to buy everything!
