Ysatis lost weight because of a hormonal disorder!

1. He suffers from a hormonal imbalance…

Ysatis is a 23 year old horse with Cushing's syndrome: a hormonal imbalance has occurred in his body and was detected last year. He has been taking treatment for a few months to prevent his condition from deteriorating.

2. He's lost weight!

Despite treatment, Ysatis has lost weight. It will probably be some time before the medication has any real effect.

3. He needs pellet rations to regain weight

The pellets would provide him with the nutrients he needs to regain weight and energy quickly, as a complement to his treatment.

4. The situation is very complicated!

We've been collecting troubled horses for about 40 years now. Often vulnerable, our 27 boarders need a rich and balanced diet.

Unfortunately, we are beginning to encounter serious financial difficulties, which could impact on our food supply: with the economic consequences of the health crisis, we have almost no more donations. Our budget is heavily impacted!
