2) Cerasela is afraid that the 230 dogs won't survive the miserable living conditions in the pound on an empty stomach...
"Since the beginning of spring, there have been fewer abandoned dogs on the streets and at the pound in Breasta because people were not allowed to leave their homes. However, since the containment restrictions were eased a few months ago, people have started to abandon their dogs again...
The pound will soon reach its maximum capacity, dogs will be forced to stay on the street or worse, euthanasia will have to resume... The living conditions these poor dogs endure at the pound are atrocious, they won't survive on an empty stomach!"
3) Poor Billy is blind and is regularly attacked by his peers, he won't survive without kibble...
