Celeste is a 4-month-old kitten. When we took her in, her condition was critical and she was about to be euthanized.
Celeste was suffering from a very virulent coryza when she arrived. Even if she is better today, she still has after-effects and we are unable to determine where they come from. One of her eyes is ulcerated and she has had diarrhoea for a month.
At her age, Celeste is still growing. Canned food would be valuable to allow her to gain strength and continue to grow, despite her symptoms.
Our association now manages a much larger sector than before. We recover a lot of sick cats, kittens and pregnant kittens. All of this increases the veterinary costs, which we can't see the end of!
