Automne has a disease that weakens his immune system...

1. His immune system is less effective...

Automne has feline leukemia: his immune system is very weakened and he tends to lose weight.

2. He has no teeth left

Since Automne has no teeth left, it has become very difficult for him to chew his food...

3. He lives outside!

Despite his illness and the vulnerability it implies, Automne lives outside, with nowhere to go for shelter.

4. With blankets, he would rest well and be warm

Blankets would allow Automne to stay warm enough to sleep, even if he doesn't have a home for the moment... It would prevent him from catching a cold too easily!

5. Our rescue coverage area only keeps getting bigger!

Our association is now managing a much larger sector than before. We recover a lot of sick cats, kittens and pregnant kittens. All of this increases the veterinary costs, which we can't see the end of!
