Aska was mistreated by other dogs and let herself die!

1. She was abused!

Aska is a very fearful Serbian dog. She was traumatized by life in a shelter, where other dogs were bullying her.

She sometimes had only soaked bread to eat, and started to let herself die... So we brought her to France to take care of her.

2. She suffers from skin problems...

Aska has skin problems: polyps (small nodules) appear all over her body. We tried to get them removed, but they keep multiplying!

3. She has thyroid problems

Aska has hyperthyroidism: this disorder causes her to be slightly overweight, even though she hardly eats anything! Unfortunately, the medication has no effect on her...

4. Canned food would help her benefit from a healthy diet.

With canned food, Aska would finally enjoy a healthy and balanced diet. It might help her to stabilize her weight and then gradually lose some so that she is healthier.

5. We're stuck in a bad place!

We only take in sick and/or abused old dogs that need care and lots of love.

But we can no longer get food from the collections, and we have almost no more donations. Our stocks are dry... We have to be quick, a hundred dogs are counting on us!
