Tamia had overgrown hooves when we took her in!

1. Her owner died...

Tamia is a donkey whose owner sadly passed away. Poor Tamia had been completely neglected and was reported to us only recently!

2. She was in a pitiful condition!

Tamia hadn't been taken to the blacksmith for years and she had laminitis: she developped overgrown hooves. Recently, she eventually went to the blacksmith.

On top of that, she has a huge belly (despite being sterilized). She is probably invaded by worms... So we will have to deworm her ASAP!

3. Pellets would help her to get back on her feet.

In order to fully recover, Tamia will need to be supplemented with pellets!

4. We are overwhelmed by the number of rescued animals!

Since we moved, we have more space. So we rescue more animals.

But things have escalated and we have 5 new horses to welcome, each of them in a very critical condition. Paying for their care and food is going to be very complicated for us!
