Blondie is in such a state that we're afraid we can't save her!

1. Her owner died...

Blondie is a mare of about ten years old, whose owner has unfortunately passed away. The poor mare was cruelly lacking care and food but was only recently reported to us!

2. She is in critical condition!

Blondie is very skinny. According to the neighbours, she lost half of her weight in one year...

On top of that, as she hadn't seen a blacksmith for years, she was a sly one: her hooves had grown in a curve. Her feet were so painful that she could no longer move around to feed in the meadow!

3. Pellets would help her get back on her feet.

In addition to having her see a blacksmith, we regularly give Blondie shots of painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs.

But in order for her to fully recover and return to a normal weight, she will need to be supplemented with pellets!

4. We are overwhelmed!

We've recently moved, which means we now have more space, and we've rescued more animals as a result.

But things have been rushed and we have 5 new horses to take in, which are unfortunately in very critical condition. Paying for their care and food is going to be very complicated for us!
