1. She has big intestinal problems...

Réglisse is a 16-year-old cat that we took in 4 years ago. She seems to suffer from chronic inflammation of the intestines: as soon as she eats food that does not suit her condition specifically, she has strong diarrhea!

2. Since she doesn't keep food very well, she is very skinny!

Since she has a hard time assimilating the food she eats and has difficulty keeping it, Réglisse can't gain weight: the poor girl weighs only 2.4 kg!

3. Veterinary-grade canned food would help her gain strength and weight

Veterinary-grade canned food, which is specially adapted for intestinal sensitivity, would allow Réglisse to eat without inducing diarrhea. Réglisse would finally get her energy back and could regain a normal weight!

4. We can no longer cope!

We have had to rescue 9 elderly cats very recently. Given their state of health, we spend a lot of time at the vet and the costs are simply piling up: litter, medicine, care, food... We can no longer afford to bear all the costs!
