Because of kidney and thyroid problems, old Tigris is very skinny...

1. He found himself all alone when his mistress left!

Tigris is a 15-year-old cat whose owner had to leave for a retirement home. As no relative was ready to welcome Tigris, the poor guy lost the sweetness of a home from one day to the next.

We are therefore trying to find him a family who would be ready to take care of him in his last years...

2. Health problems made him lose weight...

With age, Tigris has developed some health issues in his kidney and thyroid. On the one hand, hypothyroidism, a hormonal imbalance, directly affects Tigris' metabolism and is making Tigris lose weight and energy...

On the other hand, kidney failure is also making Tigris lose weight. It is also causing him problems to urinate and it has resulted in a big drop in energy too!

3. Blankets would keep him warm in his old age

Tigris is old and weak, which makes him more vulnerable to cold and drafts than in the past. Blankets would give him a cozy place to settle down, to rest and to stay warm!

4. Everything is more complicated than before!

Like many associations, we are going through a complicated period. It is no longer possible for us to organize workshops to raise funds, or to do book fairs and other events. Even collecting food in supermarkets has proven difficult in the last few months!
