After a long career in a riding school, Nuts was going to the slaughterhouse!

1. He was going to end up in the slaughterhouse!

Nuts is a 24-year-old pony that we took in two months ago. The poor guy was very skinny and was about to go to the slaughterhouse! Fortunately, we were able to save him from this sad fate and took him into our care.

2. With pellets, he could recover

With pellets, Nuts could regain his strength on a daily basis, so that he would be full of energy this spring and return to a normal weight.

3. We have one setback after another...

We are going through a very difficult period: donations are very rare, shops are often out of grain, deliveries are complicated...

The winter has also been very rainy. There is mud everywhere in the fields and very little grass, which forces us to feed the horses only with hay and grain!
