Heart problems, excess weight, poor eyesight… poor Mao has multiple disabilities.

1. Heart problems cause him to run out of breath very quickly...

Mao is a 7-year-old cat with heart problems (he tends to get out of breath easily). He has to take life-long medication which has caused him to suffer from bulimia. Because of this, he is overweight…

2. He has problems with his sight!

Since he was born, Mao has had bad eyesight. Because he has very poor eyesight, simple everyday things are more complicated (eating, moving around, etc.).

3. Adapted canned food would help him regulate his weight

Mao is overweight: he must benefit from a quality diet to avoid seeing his condition worsen. Adapted canned food would allow him to regain strength without putting on too much weight.

4. We are groping our way forward…

This year, as for many associations, we find ourselves in a very tense situation. Requests for support keep coming in whereas our income has been greatly impacted by the covid crisis.

In these conditions, it is no longer possible for us to find the funds to provide cats with food and blankets. Unfortunately, the animals will likely be the first to suffer!
