With pain in her mouth and no teeth left, poor Mya has a hard time chewing to regain her strength...

1. Because of an inflammation of the gums, Mya has no more teeth...

Mya has a severe calicivirus infection. Her gums are all swollen, she has foul breath, she drools and some of her teeth have fallen out.

To reduce the inflammation, the veterinarian preferred to remove Mya's remaining teeth during two procedures. She is a little better now, but she can't chew at all...

2. With canned food, she could gain weight

With easy-to-ingest canned food, Mya could get her energy back. She could eat without chewing, which would hurt a lot less.

3. This situation is not sustainable!

A hundred cats in total rely on us, many of them sick. For a year now, in-store collections of donations have been stopped. With our stocks significantly reduced, we can't hold out much longer!
