With one leg injured, little O'Malley was wandering alone on a public road...

1. He was wandering around with a wound on his leg!

O'Malley is a 6-week-old kitten who was found lost on a public road by a private individual. His right hind leg was fractured and he could not put it on the ground.

We took him to the vet where he had surgery. He is now in convalescence for about ten days...

2. Canned food would help O'Malley regain his strength

As it is rich in protein and vitamins, canned food would be perfect for O'Malley to get back on his feet. Such a diet would also allow him to continue growing up in a normal way, despite his injury!

3. New kittens keep coming in while our food stocks have run dry!

We are currently rescuing lots of kittens. We have already taken in about twenty of them, some of whom are already weaned.

Problem is: we have run out of any adapted canned food. This makes the situation particularly risky for young cats as well as for sick and vulnerable cats!
