Punctured eye, declining immunity and a torn tail… poor Lili has had it rough!

1. She has to live with 2 severe disabilities...

Lili is a free cat who has lived outside since she was born. The poor thing has been through a lot: her brother was run over by a car and she has been injured several times.

One of her eyes is punctured and her tail had to be amputated because it had been ripped off. These are all major handicaps for her, as living on the street is more complicated with a reduced field of vision and a lowered centre of balance...

2. Her immune system does not protect her effectively anymore!

Lili has tested FIV-positive. This means that she has cat AIDS and that her immunity system does not protect her enough against viruses and infections. This makes her even more vulnerable!

3. Blankets would allow her to sleep in warmth

With her fragile health, Lili will need to sleep warm to avoid getting sick. Blankets would be a real plus for her, as the nights are still cold!

4. Kittens need us!

We have taken in several kittens recently. Unfortunately, our association's budget does not allow us to help them as much as they need... So we appeal to you. They are so vulnerable, we can't leave them on their own!
