Left abandoned with an uncured illness, little Ridley almost died...

1. His life was endangered by a virus...

Ridley is a one-month-old kitten that we found in a bush following a report.

We have taken him in straight away as it was clear that some calicivirus was severely affecting him: his eyes were completely stuck shut! Without care, he would surely have lost his sight, and probably his life...

2. Canned food would allow him to grow normally

Canned food specially adapted to kittens would allow Ridley to benefit from all the nutrients necessary for his development. It would help him to grow normally despite the virulence of the disease.

3. The number of kittens in need is overwhelming!

We are astonished by the number of rescue requests we've received for kittens! Consequently, we have more and more mouths to feed. Unfortunately, the last collection we made didn't work out so well... we'll have to find the resources elsewhere to move forward!
