Poor Lucky was injured and ended up in a coma, after being abandoned!

1. He bears the scars of several injuries...

Lucky is a two-year-old cat who was found in a box, near rubbish bins. The poor thing was in a coma, with a severed tail and a damaged head!

He bears scars of his injuries: his health is fragile and he is missing some teeth. Eating kibble is therefore quite a challenge in his condition…

2. Canned food would be easier for him to eat

Wet and appetising food would be less difficult for Lucky to eat than kibble. This way, he could keep on getting the energy he needs, which would help to strengthen his body.

3. Our financial resources are dwindling...

We always have around forty cats to look after. Not having enough resources, we can no longer take on additional cases.

Since Covid, nearly all of our funding comes out of our own pockets. But I've just lost my job, which casts a shadow of uncertainty over our future endeavours…
