Poor Tango lives outside, with a big case of calicivirus!

1. A virus is making his life miserable!

Tango is a roughly six-year-old cat who has contracted a heavy calicivirus. He drools so much that his fur sticks under his chin! Sometimes there's pus, as the inside of his mouth is severely inflamed...

Eating has been difficult for him for the past two months, causing him to lose weight. We're therefore going to give him treatment to ease his discomfort and lessen his symptoms.

2. He lives outdoors!

Poor Tango is living outdoors, which is doing nothing to help his condition. He tries to shelter under vehicles when it rains, but risks being run over at any moment!

3. To stay warm, he'll need blankets

With a set of blankets, Tango would be better protected from the cold and nighttime dampness. Come Autumn, he could nestle in them, nicely tucked away, to get a better night's sleep, thereby increasing his chances of regaining strength.

4. Epidemics are rampant among free-living cats...

Right now, the number of cats in need is steadily increasing. In total, we have more than 60 toms relying on us for assistance! Unfortunately, both calicivirus and cat flu epidemics are raging...

Digital Assistant

The veterinary costs for treating all these cats are gargantuan! We don't have enough budget left to purchase blankets and specialised food for those in need...
