Poor Sirius had to undergo surgery for a very large abscess above the eye!

1. He's just had a major operation...

Sirius is a three-and-a-half-year-old cat who has just been discharged from the hospital. We had rushed him there a few days ago after noticing a large abscess over his eye! The vet operated on him, and he is now in convalescence, on antibiotics.

2. Wet food would help him take his medication

Offering Sirius appetising wet food would encourage him to eat regularly and diligently take his postoperative tablets. It would also be an excellent way for him to regain some strength, helping him get back on his paws swiftly.

3. An outbreak has thrown everything into disarray...

Several of our furry charges have come down with feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), and, sadly, there has been more than one loss.

Treatment costs have been high. Therefore, we no longer have the means to buy specialised food, blankets and shelters for those in need...
