Poor Elsa lives outside with a serious case of calicivirus...

1. She was in a critical condition!

Elsa is a free-roaming cat of around four years old, who has calicivirus. She was unwell and struggling to eat. We have therefore taken her under our care and administered treatment to help her recover.

2. She'll be back outside soon...

Too feral to tolerate indoor living, Elsa will have to be released once she's recovered. Unfortunately, there aren't enough shelters at her original site for all the cats there... So she is at risk of finding herself homeless!

3. To recover effectively, she's going to need blankets

A set of blankets would provide Elsa with the warmth and comfort she needs to regain her strength. She could curl up in them to sleep until she gets better.

4. It's a disaster!

Despite sterilisation campaigns, kittens are appearing from everywhere! Often, they are in poor health. In just three weeks, we have taken in 23 little ones! We are starting to run out of foster families and donations…
