1. She was abandoned!

Cannelle is a 30-year-old mare, who was abandoned together with her mother ten years ago. She was young, skinny, weak and very feral.

At the request of a neighbour, we took them in. Little by little, Cannelle was able to regain her confidence and get better. Until her age caught up with her...

2. Over time, her general condition began to deteriorate...

Cannelle tends to suffer from heat and temperature changes. Today, she is weak and her hooves are damaged. In addition to care, she will need to have her diet supplemented.

3. With pellets she could get in better shape

With pellets, Cannelle would have enough energy for her daily life. A diet rich in vitamins would be invaluable in helping her regain some weight.

4. Care, pellets... everything is very expensive !

At the moment, it is really difficult. Our volunteers are away on holiday, and the two of us will have to manage everything ourselves. The vet recently had to come for 6 horses... Paying such bills with our pension - not to mention the purchase of pellets - is becoming more and more unmanageable for us!
