With a locomotor problem, Mistral moves with great difficulty and has lost weight!

1. He suffers from a locomotor problem that prevents him from moving normally...

Mistral is a 15 year old horse, who has huge engorgement in his lower hind legs. He probably had an accident or was knocked down in the past, but we don't know more.

Today, he has a lot of difficulty moving and cannot go to the meadow. Professionals and specialists have come to treat him to help him get better. We keep our fingers crossed that things will go well!

2. He is very skinny!

As he doesn't move much because of his problem, Mistral has lost a lot of muscle mass. In spite of all the hay he gets, he is still very skinny.

3. Pellets would help him regain his strength

With daily pellets, Mistral would have plenty of vitamins. He could then regain his energy and regain a normal weight.
