Deaf because of ear cancer, Pilou is not safe in the street...

1. He had an ear cancer which made him deaf...

Pilou is a 5 years old cat, who had an ear cancer. He is unfortunately deaf since then...

2. He lives outside, where multiple dangers could threaten him!

Pilou's deafness is a big handicap for him, because he lives in the street. Without hearing, he can't hear the cars coming, and could be knocked down at any moment.

We have therefore placed him in a rather safe area (where there are no roads to cross), but we fear that he will leave to look for food elsewhere...

3. Canned food would help us keep him safe

If we gave Pilou regular canned food in his safe place, he would have no reason to go elsewhere for food. He would regain his strength without putting himself in danger.

4. We don't have the means!

No collections in stores, no new memberships, insufficient donations... But always more kittens to take care of! This year is catastrophic at this level...
