Fracture of the sacrum, crushed vertebrae... the little Grâce will have to be operated following an accident!

1. She had multiple injuries from an accident and will need surgery...

Grâce is a four-month-old kitten who was accidentally injured by a dog. Her sacrum and spinal cord were affected.

She also had her vertebrae crushed. Since then, she has had one cystitis after another. She will have to undergo a major bone surgery very soon.

2. Adapted canned food would allow her to gain strength before and after the operation

In order to be in good shape before the operation, Grâce will need canned food. She could also take advantage of it after the operation, to recover more easily by gaining strength.

3. Many cats have been euthanized!

We were taking care of free cats, which had found refuge on a private property. Unfortunately, the owners decided to have them all euthanized...

Following this drama, we only take care of the cats that we can welcome at our shelter. There are many of them, and buying food for them is expensive. We have only our personal funds to do so... A little help would not be refused!
