Skinny and injured, Gazelle needs to regain her strength!

1. She had an injured paw...

Gazelle is an 8-month-old female cat, who we found injured at a feeding site. She had an open wound on one of her back legs!

We took her to the vet, who sewed her up and put her on antibiotics, so that the wound would not get infected. She is now recovering, and has to take pills every day.

2. She is very skinny!

Living outside and her injury has sucked the energy out of Gazelle, so she is really skinny. We would like to boost her energy, so we can put her up for adoption. Then she would get all the affection she deserves!

3. To regain her weight, she will need special canned food

Protein and vitamin enriched canned food would allow Gazelle to regain her strength. Eating her fill and benefiting from such a rich diet would help her regain her weight, and recover more easily from her injury. It would also allow her to take her medication without difficulty.
