1. He is skeletal!

Noiraud is an old cat, that we found in an abandoned house. The poor guy is skeletal and has only skin on his bones. This is probably due to a calicivirus, which makes it difficult for him to eat... So we have some tablets to give him in his food to help him heal.

2. With canned food, he could take his medicine more easily

A wet food would allow Noiraud to ingest his tablets more easily. He could take advantage of this to replenish his protein intake and slowly gain weight. It would be a real virtuous circle for him!

3. Older cats need food that we can't afford to buy...

We have rescued kittens, but fortunately we have managed to place them. Where the situation is complicated is for the elderly cats that we take in, because they need specific food that is expensive. Our stock of canned food for them is at zero... We don't know what to do!
