1. In France, Fabienne is almost out of kibble to feed the 500 free cats who need it... The poor things are in danger of starving to death!

"With nearly 500 street cats to feed in 25 different locations, our association is in dire need of kibble. Unfortunately, we have no stocks, as the little we manage to collect runs out straight away. So volunteers have to buy food piecemeal, using their personal finances. The situation is financially untenable!

For their part, the free cats don't have enough to eat, because there are so many of them. Most are thin, and some are falling ill... Weakened, several mothers had stopped nursing their kittens, which we unfortunately found too late... With winter coming, we fear the situation will only get worse!"

2. Rising abandonment rates, increasingly rare memberships and adoptions, very low donations... the association is sorely lacking in resources!

"The few donations we receive are usually used for veterinary emergencies. Memberships and adoptions are still too rare to give us any real financial support. As for shopping-cart operations, they are still not very successful.

Unfortunately, the number of requests for care and abandoned cats is increasing all the time. At the moment, we have no fewer than 50 kittens to deal with! Since Covid, the situation has only worsened, so much so that today we're at a dead end...".

3. Deaf and almost blind, Coton can't survive without the kibble brought to him by volunteers!

"Coton is a 4-year-old cat we found outside. The poor thing is deaf and practically blind! Deprived of his senses, he can't hunt for food on his own.

We took him in, neutered him and placed him in a foster home, but he can't stand living indoors. So we had to release him back to his place of origin... If we don't have any kibble to give him, he won't be able to survive on his own. Winter might take him away!

4. Fabienne isn't asking for money, she just needs kibble to prevent the street cats from starving.

"Like the other volunteers, I try to contribute as much as I can. But there are so many cats that we're beginning to feel powerless! Our finances aren't stretchable...

A successful kibble campaign would enable all the free cats to eat their fill. That way, they'd be able to face winter in better shape, and have a better chance of surviving it!"
