Rejected by her mother, Louise is having a lot of difficulty growing up like a normal pig...

1. Her mother abandoned her!

Louise is a four-month-old piglet, born into our care. Her mother was abandoned, giving birth to her before rejecting her. Therefore, we bottle-fed Louise and raised her indoors, alongside the association's cats.

2. She has behavioural problems…

Indeed, as she began to make a mess, we had to relocate Louise to an outdoor environment. However, she’s having significant trouble integrating with other pigs. Accustomed to living with felines, she ended up even adopting their behaviour (climbing cat trees, using the litter box, etc.).

3. Pellets would help her integrate with her own kind

Giving Louise pellets at the same time as the other pigs are eating would gradually help her to integrate amongst them.

This high-quality food would provide an excellent source of vitamins, helping her maintain normal growth and overall good health. Gaining these beneficial nutrients on a daily basis would also help her withstand the cold weather.

4. We have a lot of mouths to feed!

At present, nearly 200 animals depend on us, including a hundred cats and many other farm animals. There have been numerous abandonments this year, and unfortunately, donations are at a standstill.

Our financial situation is becoming extremely precarious! We would greatly appreciate any assistance to help meet the needs of our little charges.
