1. He has diabetes...

Ness is a cat of about eight years old, who suffers from diabetes. As he was very tired and had lost a lot of weight, the vet conducted some blood tests, which revealed this condition.

For the moment, he doesn't require treatment, but he needs an appropriate diet. Unfortunately, our means do not allow us to purchase it for him...

2. He is missing teeth!

With age, Ness has started to lose his teeth. Eating dry food is no longer possible for him, as he cannot chew it.

3. Canned food would allow him to healthily regain strength

The use of canned cat food specially formulated for diabetic cats could have significant benefits for Ness.

This kind of food would help regulate his blood sugar levels while providing him with the nutrients he needs. Easy to swallow, this type of canned food would allow him to easily regain his strength.

4. Most of the cats we care for don't draw adopters' attention...

Our association currently manages about forty cats in foster homes, and feeds a hundred others in the community daily. Many of these cats cannot be placed for adoption due to their health conditions.

We therefore commit to looking after them, providing the necessary care, which represents an ongoing challenge in terms of resources and funding...
