Exhaustion, anaemia, weight loss: poor Astro is brought down by ticks and fleas!

1. Parasites are draining all his energy!

Astro is a two-month-old kitten, who was found in a ditch, amidst thorns. The poor thing is infested with fleas and covered with about forty ticks!

We duly wormed him, but he is still very anaemic, weak and is unable to gain weight... We are now giving him milk formula.

2. With blankets, he would be cosy and able to rest

For a kitten to grow normally, it needs a lot of sleep. With blankets, Astro would be comfortably set up for sleep, which would help him get more restorative rest.

Come autumn, he would also find it easier to retain his body heat.

3. Between the street cats and kittens, we're overwhelmed!

Since the end of May 2025, we have taken in 60 kittens, often in critical conditions. It's a real disaster! We also still have a lot of stray cats to feed and care for... it's too much for our meagre budget!
