Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea: poor Mimi is having a recurrence of her mammary tumour...

1. Her tumour is recurring…

Mimi is a 15-year-old cat, who we took in following the passing of her owner a month ago. She had surgery for a tumour, which unfortunately is recurring.

According to the vet, this is why Mimi is currently suffering from nausea, diarrhoea, and vomiting. Since she is underweight, we have started her on anti-nausea medication…

2. Special canned food would help her get back on her feet

A diet designed to be gentle on the intestines could reduce Mimi’s symptoms, prior to possible surgery. Highly digestible, this type of canned food would allow her to efficiently regain her energy, in order to put on weight.

3. A terrible epidemic has struck the association's cats!

The association has been through a typhus epidemic which has caused havoc among our charges… Taking care of them and treating them as best as possible resulted in substantial veterinary bills!

At present, we have 60 animals to feed. But our stock of canned food is quite depleted and we cannot afford to purchase more…
