Hearthland Royal Horse decided to move forward the ending date of their campaign because the quantity left in their stock of pellets is highly critical.

Having suffered an accident and abuse, poor Beauty is limping!

1. He bears the scars of an accident...

Beauty is an eight-year-old horse that we rescued from abuse two years ago. Before he came to the association, he had an accident: a sliding door perforated one of his hind muscles. He was left with a large scar on his hindquarters and a limp, which causes him daily discomfort.

2. Pellets could provide valuable energy

Supplementing Beauty's diet with pellets could be a great boon. Having access to such rich and balanced food would help him maintain his condition and provide a valuable source of vitamins, helping him keep up despite his disability.

3. We're still dealing with the after-effects of summer!

Following the droughts this past summer, several animals fell ill. As there was no longer any grass in the fields, we were forced to begin using pellets and hay earlier than anticipated... which represented significant costs! Now, we no longer have enough resources to purchase more!
