Damaged eyes, multiple injuries, missing teeth: life outdoors hasn't been kind to poor Mont Blanc!

1. He's in a terrible state!

Mont Blanc is a cat of around 12 years old who is in a bad way because he gets into a lot of fights (despite being neutered). He also suffered from a severe case of cat flu in the past, which has left him with some lasting damage: his vision is impaired. As he's aged, he's lost a lot of teeth and struggles to eat!

2. He doesn't have any shelter...

Mont Blanc lives outdoors. Unfortunately, he has nowhere to take shelter, except for a polystyrene shelter that lets in the rain...

3. Blankets would keep him warm this winter

With a set of polar fleece blankets, Mont Blanc would no longer have to sleep on the damp and freezing ground. With winter on its way, this would be a real relief for him. He could finally rest more comfortably.

4. We are short of funds to carry out our work!

We have taken on a lot of new cases lately, bringing the number of animals in our care to around forty.

The local council only gives us a grant of 500 euros a year, which is nowhere near enough to cover all the costs. Unfortunately, donations are insufficient and have not increased!
