Portos is likely to lose an eye due to cat flu!

1. He's likely going to lose his eye…

Portos is a nearly two-month-old kitten, whose eyes were completely sealed due to cat flu. One of his eyes is so damaged that it may need to be removed!

Upon his arrival, Portos was very weak and only six weeks old. We gave him antibiotic treatment to alleviate his symptoms, but we fear that this might not be enough…

2. Canned food would help him regain strength

A nutritional diet, like canned pate, would help Portos replenish his energy before any potential surgery. This type of food is specially designed to meet his daily nutritional needs and would help him regain strength during his recovery.

3. Our finances are in the red!

We take care of about thirty free cats, spread across three different sites. Despite attempts at neutering, several kittens have been born and caught severe cat flu.

The veterinary costs to treat them have significantly drained the association's finances. So we need help to continue feeding our protected animals!
