Puny and vulnerable, Franklin easily loses condition!

1. Deemed unnecessary, he was at risk of being slaughtered!

Franklin is a two-year-old billy goat who was living on a dairy farm. Since he is male and can't produce milk, he was at risk of going to the slaughterhouse. We took him in to spare him such a fate.

2. He loses weight easily...

Franklin is small in stature. As he is frail and was separated from his mother at a young age, he tends to weaken easily.

3. Pellets would help him stay healthy

Supplementing with pellets would allow Franklin to get a full range of nutrients every day. It would be a good way for him to gain strength and stay healthy, despite his vulnerabilities. When winter comes, it would also help him be more resistant to the cold.

4. The number of animals in need is always increasing!

We have saved numerous farm animals and taken on the care of about forty stray cats this year. We need pellets and cans of food so we can at least properly feed the weakest among them!
