Inflamed gums, loose teeth, thinness: poor Bump is not feeling well!

1. She has great difficulty in eating...

Bump is a tortoiseshell cat of about 10 years, who has very inflamed gums. Because of this, some of her teeth have fallen out and she can no longer chew dry food. Consequently, she's lost a lot of weight!

2. She lives outdoors...

Due to a lack of foster homes and because Bump is very feral, she currently lives outside, on a feeding site.

The shelters we had installed have unfortunately been destroyed. Bump therefore takes shelter as best she can in the bushes, but she often ends up soaking wet…

3. A shelter would protect her from the elements

With a kennel, Bump would have a place to shelter in case of rain. She would also be well protected from the wind and the cold, which would allow her to sleep more peacefully and recuperate better. In the absence of a home, having a little house would bring her a lot of comfort!

4. Donations have drastically dropped!

Our association sterilises stray cats and get the more sociable ones adopted. We organise food collections to feed them, but it has been less effective lately. With the economic crisis, people have less means: this has a direct impact on donations!
