Nestor is a goat, approximately 11 years old, handed over to us by another association who could no longer take care of him. His age means that he weakens in winter and starts to suffer from arthritis. Despite all of our care, the years weigh heavily on his body...

2. Pellets would help him maintain his strength

To help Nestor maintain his condition despite his age, pellets would be essential. Such supplementation would allow him to replenish his daily intake of vitamins and minerals, and would provide him with the energy he needs to face winter and fight off the effects of the arthritis that is beginning to hinder him.

3. We are in a desperate financial situation!

The sanctuary receives no financial aid or subsidies. In winter, expenses significantly increase and it becomes progressively harder to cover all the costs. Our residents need to eat every day and we have to pay veterinary bills, especially as some have lifelong treatments that are very expensive...
