Terrified by a fire, little Thébis was found on the banks of a river!

1. He was terrified...

Thebis is a month and a half old kitten who found refuge with his sister near a river during the wildfires. He was terrified, his paws were all wet, and he is very thin... He is currently under observation at the vet's.

2. Blankets would bring him some comfort

A batch of blankets would allow us to set up a cosy corner for Thebis to rest. While helping him better retain body heat, throws would allow him to benefit from a more serene and regenerative sleep. Such tenderness would be a real comfort to him after what he has been through!

3. The wildfires have wrought havoc...

Following the wildfires that occurred in Aude, our association had to take on a lot of cases. Two feeding sites were affected, and many cats were severely burned!

We are placing them in foster homes as we go along, but it's really complicated as we were already short of spaces. We also don't have the resources to buy canned food, blankets and cat houses for all these cats who urgently need them…
