"I am facing an extremely difficult situation at the shelter. Today, I am responsible for 156 dogs, and their number has recently increased due to abandonment. Conditions have deteriorated significantly: the recent rains caused major damage, there is a severe lack of resources, staff… and above all, food. I feel completely overwhelmed by what is happening to us.
For the past month, I have been forced to reduce the kibble portions. The dogs are no longer eating enough, and the quality of what I give them has become very poor. Every feeding is a stressful moment, some wait anxiously, others withdraw. It is very hard to watch, and I know I am not giving them enough.
Today, there is almost nothing left. I have elderly dogs, puppies, disabled dogs, sick dogs… many of them are extremely vulnerable and need proper food. Without this campaign, I will no longer be able to feed them at all..."

"The lack of kibble is already having very serious consequences. Many dogs are suffering from malnutrition, they have lost weight, they are weakened. Some get sick more easily, we can see their condition worsening day after day. It is a constant pain to see them like this.
Hunger is also creating tension. Fights between the dogs are increasing, each one trying to survive as best as they can. I am afraid the situation will become uncontrollable, especially with so many fragile and starving dogs.
If nothing changes quickly, I know the situation will get worse. Diseases may spread, injured or sick dogs will not make it, and I will no longer be able to take in new animals in distress. I even fear I may have to close the shelter if I can no longer feed them."
3. Donations have dropped and unexpected expenses have drained everything: Ibtissam has no way left to buy kibble.
"I have no funds left. Donations have dropped significantly, and I no longer have my activities or income like before. Today, I am unable to buy kibble, even the bare minimum.
In recent weeks, I have had to face many unexpected expenses: damage caused by the rains, purchasing materials to repair the grounds, costly veterinary care after a failed sterilization, the arrival of new abandoned puppies… all of this has exhausted what I had left.
I have tried to ask for help, but I am receiving much less support without really understanding why. This campaign has become essential. Without kibble, I will not be able to continue, and sadly, my babies will pay the price..."

"These dogs are my whole life. I do not have children, but they are my babies. I live for them, I fight for them every day, despite everything. It is a lifelong commitment, even if it is true that today my health is holding me back a lot...
I suffer from an autoimmune disease and severe anemia. I am constantly exhausted, I can no longer do heavy physical work. It is very difficult for me not to be able to care for the dogs as I used to.
I keep going because I love them deeply and they rely on me. But today, I need you. I cannot do this alone. Every donation of kibble can truly make a difference: feeding these dogs, giving them strength again, and giving them a chance to survive."
