Tired kidneys, heart problems: poor Nounours is very weak!

1. He's got heart issues!

Teddy is a cat of about 15 years old, who arrived at the shelter a few years ago. He is beginning to become frail and suffers from a thickening of the inner heart walls.

This causes handicapping respiratory difficulties, as well as fluid accumulation in his abdomen... Therefore, we give him treatment with the aim of alleviating his discomfort.

2. His kidneys are no longer functioning optimally...

With age, Teddy has also developed chronic kidney failure. So, we are administering medication to him, aiming to lower his urea levels and contain his disease progression.

3. Suitable canned food could allow him to regain strength healthily

A diet specifically designed to ease the kidneys would allow Teddy to regain strength without any risks. It would also be an easy way for him to take his medication and stay hydrated throughout the day.

4. The crisis is impacting us directly!

Many of our sheltered animals are unwell, and new ones have arrived in poor health too.

With nearly 80 felines to care for, the vet appointments are mounting up, as are the costs... Unfortunately, the collections at our store are just not meeting our requirements!
