1. He's having great difficulty eating...

Louis is a cat around seven years old who we found terribly thin at a feeding site. Victim of FIV, he is also suffering from calicivirus and has lost several teeth.

Despite painkiller injections, eating has become a real struggle for him due to the inflammation in his mouth and the back of his throat...

2. He has a chronic cat flu...

Compromised on an immune level, Louis has also contracted a cat flu that will not clear up. Whenever he is stressed or tired, he struggles to breathe, has a blocked nose and poor appetite...

3. Blankets would offer him precious comfort

A set of blankets would help Louis more easily maintain his body heat during the night. As autumn sets in, he would also be more sheltered from humidity and draughts. His sleep would be all the more restful!

4. We are stuck…!

As it stands, we are caring for 44 tomcats, many of whom are sick kittens or elderly cats. Between veterinary debts and the significant drop in donations, we are no longer managing!
