A huge thank you to the people who clicked and/or bought canned food for the cats that the Salomé association takes care of. We received them just in time as we didn't have much supplies left... These delicious foods will allow us to feed our kind Pirate and the pretty Gobolinette, as well as their homeless friends. Thank you for your big heart and your empathy towards cats without a family or who have a disability.

Gobolinette : Gobolinette still lives on the site where we discovered her and where we trapped her to have her sterilized. She and her two brothers (as well as her mother, another female cat and two adult males) have a nearby barn where they can keep warm to sleep in winter. One of our volunteers goes to feed them every evening (the photo was taken on this occasion and therefore, at night). She is becoming less and less wild and allows herself to be approached (but not touched!). She has a nice coat and a good healthy weight. We watch over her and her feline friends on a daily basis.

Pirate : The very kind Pirate is still in his foster family who will probably adopt him as she cannot resist his charm and sweetness. He is a tender and cuddly cat who follows his foster mother like a little dog. His lost eye does not cause him pain and he is in much better condition than when we took him in when he was 4 months old. It doesn't prevent him from hunting flies with great skill! And he loves the canned food from Animal Webaction...
