1. She's recovering from a major viral infection

Douce is ten years old. She's already an elderly cat, who also suffers from stomato-gingivitis and hypothyroidism, which makes her fragile.

She has just spent ten days being ill, following a major viral infection. She already has a lot of trouble eating usually, and the illness has caused her to lose a lot of weight...

2. Wet food would help us to perk her up

Douce must absolutely recover. Losing weight makes her even more sensitive to other infections and it will be more and more difficult to treat her.

Wet food in pouches, which is easier to swallow, will help her feed herself!

3. We have no more donations

Because of the lockdown, it's impossible for us to make any collections right now. We are no longer receiving donations and our reserves have melted away!
