Mistreated in the past, poor Nala is sick and keeps self-mutilating!

1. Traumatized by abuse, she self-mutilated ...

Nala is a cat who was probably starved or beaten by her former owners. Traumatized by mistreatments, she hurts herself as soon as she runs out of food, scratching her lower back with her teeth... These psychological disorders also seem to explain her overweight.

2. She's suffering from an infection!

Nala has just been sterilized by a veterinarian, who discovered that she was suffering from a large infection in her uterus. And with good reason: the poor girl often lost blood when urinating.

3. Pouches of food would help her regain reasonable strength

Qualitative, the food in pouches would bring strength to Nala on a daily basis, in reasonable quantities. It would perhaps help us to regulate her weight, while giving her comfort to regain her confidence. Unfortunately, our stocks of pouches are empty!

4. Our finances are at their lowest!

Located in the island of Ré, our association benefited until then from the help of a supermarket, which offered us its unsold goods: meat that we gave to the free cats. But with the massive arrival of secondary residents in this period of quarantine, the supermarket has no more unsold! And we don't know what to give to the cats...

Our finances do not allow us to buy enough food for the 300 cats and the 26 kittens that are in trouble on the island...
