Poor Peno is seriously ill!

1. He is sick and has to take medication...

Peno has leukemia: his immune system slowly destroys itself, making him more vulnerable to infection. His scars also have difficulty closing because of this.

So we're giving him a treatment, hoping to limit the damage.

2. He lives apart, in a garage where it's cold and damp.

As his disease is highly contagious, we were forced to place Peno away from the other cats, in a dark and damp garage. We hope of course to find a host family for him soon, in order to offer him a better life!

3. Food pouches would allow him to to regain strength and to take his medication more easily.

Nutritious, the food in pouches would bring the necessary energy to Peno to be able to regain strength. We could also take advantage of it to give him medication more easily. Unfortunately, we have nothing more to give him!

4. Financially, it's a disaster!

For over a month now, we have had no money coming in. We are so desperate that we had to invest our own funds in buying food for free cats... We won't last long like this!
