Poor Azlok is suffering from kidney failure...

1. His owner is dead!

Azlok's owner died five years ago. Overnight, the cat lost his home and the human presence he knew, only to find himself all alone. So we took him in, to keep him off the streets.

2. He has kidney failure, for which he must take treatment

At over 10 years of age, Azlok is suffering from kidney failure: his kidneys function less well, leaving him regularly weakened and dehydrated. He has even lost a lot of weight...

In order to help him get back on his feet, the veterinarian prescribed medication. But as it is a tablet treatment, Azlok has a lot of trouble taking it!

3. With pouched food, he could take his medication more easily.

Thanks to the pouched food, Azlok could ingest his tablets with more ease. This would give him a chance to see his condition improve!

4. We don't have any food left!

Usually, we organize lotto events to finance the purchase of food for our 80 cats (some are free cats from the village, others live in a cattery that we have set up).

But with containment, everything's been suspended. Without financing, our stocks ran dry very quickly!
