Considered dangerous, Adji was about to be butchered!

1. She was going to be killed for her meat because of behavioural problems!

Adji is a five-year-old hinny (offspring of a female donkey and a stallion). She was considered dangerous and was about to end up in the butchery.

We took her in, and as it turns out, that she is just very shy and timid. But once she started to trust us, she was doing much better!

2. With pellets, she could gain strength daily

Rich in nutrients and vitamins, the pellets would allow Adji to gain strength daily, so she could stay healthy.

3. We have lost some of our stock!

At the beginning of this year, we welcomed many new horses. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, part of our stock was destroyed...

To replace the lost food, we will have to find funds... which has become particularly difficult since the pandemic!
