Fever, sneezing, runny eyes: little Odin has been abandoned in a critical condition!

1. He was abandoned!

Odin is a two and a half month old kitten who was abandoned at a feeding site before he was even weaned. This poor little one was entirely left to fend for himself and could have failed to survive.

2. He's very sick...

Unfortunately, Odin has a very severe case of cat flu. He had a fever, his eyes were running, and he couldn't stop sneezing when he arrived. We are giving him an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory treatment to help him feel better.

3. Blankets would effectively protect him from moisture

To avoid falling even sicker, Odin needs to stay well sheltered from drafts and humidity. With blankets, he could retain his body heat more efficiently, despite his weakened condition. This would make his sleep more recuperative, which would assist him in regaining his health.

4. We don't receive any donations!

With 130 animals to care for and still no donations, the pressure is on the association. Financially, we're in a disaster! Finding the funds to buy food and blankets for our charges is becoming more and more difficult...
