1. A virus is causing ulcers in his mouth!

Blacky is a four-year-old feral cat suffering from calicivirus. The insides of his mouth are inflamed and riddled with ulcers, causing him to drool excessively.

Some of his teeth have even become loose! As a result, he can no longer eat dry food. We are currently attempting to catch him to get him the care he needs...

2. He lives outdoors...

Blacky is so wild that he cannot tolerate being indoors. As a result, he takes refuge in the courtyard of the shelter, but has nowhere to take cover when it rains...

3. Canned food would help him regain strength without causing discomfort

A wet diet, such as canned food, would be easier for Blacky to ingest than dry food. Packed with beneficial minerals, proteins, and vitamins, it would provide him with the energy he needs to deal with the cold.

4. It is becoming increasingly difficult for the association to stay afloat...

There are always a lot of abandoned cats. At the moment, we have about thirty in foster homes and around twenty stray cats on sites. As for donations, they remain very scarce, despite our trolley campaigns!

Currently, we only have a few days' worth of supplies left... Sadly, our resources do not permit us to purchase the cat houses, blankets, and food that our cats desperately need!
