Cassis has such significant growth delay that he had to be placed in an incubator!

1. He's significantly underdeveloped…

Cassis is a six-week-old kitten, whose mother can't nurse him due to an infection. Since he has suffered from a lack of food, he is significantly underdeveloped and has had to be placed in an incubator. He is also currently being weaned.

2. Canned food for kittens would help him gain weight

Canned wet food would be perfect to assist Cassis in his weaning from formula milk. Fortified and high in proteins, such a diet would provide everything he needs for effective weight gain.

This daily boost of energy would allow him to gradually catch up with his growth delay and regain better health.

3. We can't fund everything indefinitely!

We have taken on new responsibilities this season, and taken in 19 kittens! But donations remain very low. Thus, we are forced to buy food from our personal funds, which unfortunately are not unlimited…
